I don't know who the person the did the first review is, but I feel that he is not even a customer, he is someone who has a personal grudge on SWA Cars.
I have purchased two cars from SWA Cars one for me, and one for my wife, recently, my wife's sister also purchased a vehicle from SWA Cars.
The dealership is a small one, but they make you feel right at home. The owner disclosed everything about the vehicles that we purchased, he informed us about the interest rate being where it is before we even drove the car, he offered a FREE six month warranty with all three vehicles. I have had a couple of issues with one of the cars and SWA Cars was more than accomodating, they saved me money on both parts and labor. I have never dealt with a dealership that is this open and honest and is willing to work with customers despite the size of the business. I believe SWA Cars (if they keep up the good work) will become one of the more well known businesses in the Atlanta area that people will go to all the time. Without SWA Cars me and my wife would have lost our jobs, they approved us when no one else would. We will definilty be back there for our next car purchase.
As for the guy up with the bad review...what is wrong with having a finance contract fee? We have been to several dealerships before dealing with SWA and Every single one of them has extra charges on the top of the vehicle price when you do no credit check financing. Other dealers wanted more money and still declined us because of our credit. So I am not sure what is wrong with that statement? All subprime banks require extra when you have bad credit.
One last question, if you are a customer indeed, how did you know what the actual vehicle cost was???? You seem to me to be a very bad employee, and I hope the owner of SWA sees this review.
SWA CARS IS THE PLACE TO GO HANDS DOWN IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND NEED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.
