The SVS Vision in Trenton Is a very nice place to go. The girls that work there are very professional and will make you feel like family or your friend. I have been going there for years and have always had great service. When I have had a problem the girls always took care of it for me. The doctor they have now is very professional and caring. I would recommend this store to everyone. more

Worst customer care 9/15/2011

Girls work there dont do anything other than just talking. They dont know even how to behave with pts. Very unprofessional. Ordered my glasses and it took 1 month!!! I always called them but they never called me!! Once finally they got my classes they didnt even tell sorry or anything they were acting like they are doing obligation on me , what an attitude?? On top of it they told me I will get anti glare as I paid for that and they were not. When I told them about the problem they said oh it may be the side surface of the glasses from where the light must be coming in!!! again no sign of sorry!! more
