This place is great if you're looking for ""fast food Thai""--and I mean that in a good way. I can be compared to Pei Wei; in fact, I might say it's better than Pei Wei. The waitstaff was great to me. I came during a terribly busy lunch hour, and they had my order ready in minutes. I've had better Thai food, but the prices reflected a fair value. I recommend the Massamun Curry and the Tom Yum Gai. Pros: service is great, price is right Cons: food is average more

This review is for best thai located on kinwest and Macarthur. After 25 mts of waiting , there it was Burnt NOODLES, I complained to the manager there and he said initially that that's how it tastes and then he said he has a new chef and he continued charging us for both the plates.Asked if the manager if he was doing something about it he just apologised NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY FACE TO APOLOGISE. This place's service and food is absolutely terrible. Anyone who writes a positive review for this restaurant must be affiliated with the owners or staff. I took my family there for lunch and we waited 20 MINUTES for our food even though the restaurant was half empty. I asked what was taking so long and the waiter scolded me that food is cooked in the order of orders taken. No duh?? Then when we finally got our food it was lamentably awful. I ordered Panang Curry and there was hardly ANY beef in it. Out of what beef that was there, half of it was inedible because it was so tough with connective tissue. It was like scrap meat or something. It also had a very foul smell when you brought it close to your mouth to eat. Not only was it scrap meat, but spoiled scrap meat.
