Dr. Svinder Toor is a pediatric neurologist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Toor earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Amristar in India and completed his residency at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
