Normally, when I walk into a dealership looking for a car, I always have the feeling that I am not going to get exactly what I want. Most likely, they are going to try to put me in a car that I have no interest in. I am sure this sounds familiar to all of you. NOT at the Suzuki of Glenview. This was the most hassle free vehicle purchase I have EVER had!! I came into the dealership, gave them my id, drove the car, they ran my credit and before I even knew it, I was driving away in a brand new 2012 Suzuki Kizashi!!! When they say good credit, bad credit or NO credit, they mean it!!!! They also made sure that my monthly payments were within my budget! Here is a 5 star rating to a dealership that strives in customer service and loyalty! more

VERY GOOD SERVICE 10/30/2011

We visited Suzuki of Glenview 6 months ago. Bad experience. Rude managers and the worst salesman ever. We had some credit issues and no one was willing to work with us. We heard that there was a big change so we decided to give Suzuki of Glenview one more chance. Totally different experience this time around. The financial manager Sebastian was a great help. The sales reps were also very helpful and patient with us. We are highly satisfied with the new car we purchased - a 2011 Kizashi. Thank you Suzuki of Glenview! We will definetely recommend you to our friends and family. more

Bait and Switch 8/2/2011

I found this dealership using Autotrader. They were advertising a 2008 Saturn Aura with less than 30k miles for less than $13,000. I spoke with the salesman at the location and got preapproved for the vehicle before traveling 200 miles to purchase the vehicle. The sales guy even requested I put a security deposit down to hold the vehicle. After I arrived at the dealership the sales guy pulled the bait and switch move. He added another $1000 for misc fee such detailing the vehicle and a full point inspection. more
