Love this spa! 8/5/2009

This was my first visit to a spa for a bikini wax because I was too worried about the pain associated with it and I let a friend of mine talk me into it and I am so glad she did! I have had bad experiences with leg waxing before and I was very nervous. The staff was warm and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. I was so pleased with the results and I didn't feel a thing thanks to the numbing! Maria was so sweet, friendly and walked me through every step of the process! I now have several friends going to them for different services and we all love them! Pros: Friendly, On-time, Knowledgeable Cons: Parking garage elevator wasn't working more

Best Spa in Houston! 8/4/2009

I will NEVER use another spa again! The staff at SBA are absolutely wonderful! This is a place that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I have never had a better facial in my life, and they numb you for bikini waxing! These guys do it all and have training from one of the most wonderful dermatologists in Houston, Dr. Suzanne Bruce. I have never been disappointed with any of their services. This is one of those places I wish I would have heard about years ago, but am thankful I have them now to help me look and feel beautiful no matter what stress, hormones or age bring. Pros: Friendly knowledgeable staff Cons: Elevator never seems to work in the parking garage more

The best place for results!! 8/2/2009

Bruce and Associates was recommended to me by a friend. I have been all over the city for treatments and I am so thankful to have found them! The entire staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate how quickly they are able to fit me into the schedule. I highly recommend this spa! Pros: always on schedule more

The best place in town to relax. 7/31/2009

I found Suzanne Bruce and Associates 7 years ago and the quality of service is like none other. I would not trust my face or skin to anyone else in town. I see Maria for my Microderm Abrasion and she is fantastic, always keeping me informed of the best treatment for my face. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and always accomodating. The Spa at Suzanne Bruce and Associates is the best in town for anything skin care. Pros: The best skin care product selection. more

Excellence in Customer Service! 7/10/2009

The spa has been the most amazing place I?ve been too. I?ve been going to them for about a year and finally they have their cute charming suite. Shea, Maria, and Amanda are so wonderful and very knowledgeable. I have gotten everything from their Facials to their chemical peels with light treatment and it?s amazing! I love that they offer Skin Medica which has my skin looking FANTASTIC! (Thanks to the girls above who gave me a great regime) To top it off every time I come in I?m greeted by Pedro who always remembers my name. The staff is wonderful always offering me a cold or hot beverage. Excellence in service is this spa. Great job guys. I?ll see them again next week! Pros: Best Products, Services and Staff! Great laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, etc. 10/9/2005

The (all female) staff is amazing, very professional and helpful. I like that they have a both a medical and a cosmetic practice, so they can do cosmetic procedures or prescribe medication, or both. Why get laser treatments or microdermabrasion from a salon rather than an MD or licensed nurse when the prices are equivalent? I have had many treatments here and have been 100% satisfied with every one. They even have Saturday cosmetic appointments. I only wish they were open later on weekdays. Pros: skilled staff, value, location and hours more
