Trust worthy, fast and reasonable prices 2/5/2014

I know they will fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone. Best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto repair shop. I am now a customer for life. more

John and Richard were very accommodating, quick to respond and honest. John made me feel comfortable with him, he is knowledgable and I feel that I can trust him. The only improvement would be when booking an appointment online you do not get an indication that it was received, and though it did not come as a surprise, I was not informed up front of the cost of the diagnostic, but rather after it was done. I am aware that mechanics charge a diagnostic fee upwards of $100, but it's always nice to know the exact cost before handing over the keys more

I was able to make an appointment online, drop my car off, and pick it up in the same day. The shop is amazingly clean, the technicians are nice and knowledgeable. They replaced my valve cover gasket at a very reasonable price. I will be giving them all of my automotive business from now on. more

... and that's all I ask. It's great that they are open on Saturday. I've used them twice. Did what they said they'd do and checked their work before sending me off. Not the cheapest; but I'd rather have good than cheap. No complaints so far. more
