Good work done on time 3/9/2014

Have always done a good job with all of our cars. Cost conscience and will not do unnecessary work. But I was not very happy with the condition my car was returned to me this past Saturday. I took my RX350 in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Got the car back with two grease stains on the inside. Since they were fairly small, I didn't say anything as I was able to wipe it up thinking that when the car got it's next detailing it would be cleaned up. But today, the day after the work, I noticed some splotches on the front passenger side quarterpanel and hood. Took a swipe with my finger and found three more grease spots on the paint. Have not contacted the shop at this point but they will be hearing from me more

Diagnostics and repairs done efficient and timely 1/30/2014

The staff is nice and curtious. They make the client feel welcome and appreciated and the service jobs are done in time and at the budget advised. They stay behind their work and it is a good placenta take your vehicles more

Speak with manager before you leave 1/26/2014

The manager took the time to explain in detail a problem/situation that may occur in the near future. He didn't pressure me in to repairing something that I didn't need to have done immediately. The gentlemen that checked me out though was very eager to have the problem fixed, but that was not the case. more

felt welcome 8/11/2013

i had just come from a tire place which was completely rude and looked like they couldn't be bothered. i left upset and decided to try suwanee service center. they made me feel welcome and helped me out when i needed it. these guys have a customer for life. jason and donald really reassured me that their are good places to take your car too. more

I finally found a place I can trust with my car 8/3/2013

I am a single woman and I am normally intimidated by the whole car Maintence process. But you guys were so genuine and also transparent when it came to the services I needed. You informed me that I didn't need a particular service that another place quoted me would cost hundreds of dollars. For that alone, I am extremely grateful. Thanks for being a trustworthy business! more
