Great German style menu Place to go and worth a try. 7/31/2007

We went here for dinner with a party of 8 and it was fantastic. The food was outstanding, fresh and delicious. For appetizers we had stuffed mushrooms, saurekraut meatballs, and mussels. The mushrooms and meatballs were great, but the mussels were quite average (being it was after the weekend, Tuesday, I question the fresh quality of them). I more

My wide and I have been here many times, and have thouroughly enjoyed each and every meal here. There are a lot of options, the food is fantastic, and the staff is extremely courteous. more

Excellent Schnitzel 10/28/2005

After reading the previous review I was surprised greatly when my husband and I went to Sutters. The restaraunt is family owned and offers multiple varieties of schnitzel and some chicken. We had mussels as an appetizer (not on the menu) and we were extremely happy with our meals and our experience. We mentioned to our wattress about the poor review and she new exactly the customer we were speaking of and had a very different view on the events of that party. We highly recommend ignoring the other review and giving this restaraunt a try. more

family restaurant??? 1/30/2005

I visited Sutters 01/29/2005. Twelve of us dined here for my grandma's 80th birthday. We were shocked at the way we were treated. We has been there many times previously. When my husband recieved his meal, he stated that it just did not taste right. The manager approached us and offered a to go bag, because my husband hardly touched the meal he kindly asked for the one entree to be removed from the bill. We were told this was not happen. The owner of the restaurant came up to our table and told us never to come back, as we left out the door the same woman who owns the family establishment opened the kichen door and screamed an obsenity at us. Pros: lots of veal Cons: rude staff, bad attitude, greasy food more
