This was my first experience at Susie's Auto Sales after hearing mixed reviews. At the end of the day, I found a 2006 Impala in good condition but the car was sold with its share of faults. In order to get the car in great condition (as it should be sold from such an established dealer, I got an oil change, inspections (pre-purchase and state), four wheel alignment, new tires (two were shot, the other two were okay), four floor mats, one OEM key and two OEM key remotes. I also replaced the filthy air and cabin air filters myself and fixed the broken console though the parts were negotiated as part of the sale. I got the car far below retail and private party value which allowed me to fix all of these things but my point is that the car should have been checked over and repaired prior to sale. Instead, the car was cleaned and sent out on the lot. Verdict: If you don't know how to do repairs and look for maintenance issues that have not been properly performed, seek a full service dealership.
Paperwork wise, Susie was fantastic--Bonnie was the problem. She acted like I was inconveniencing her and when the paperwork finally came back a week later (title, etc.) it wasn't filled out properly and after my trip to the DMV, I had to go BACK to Susie's for her to finish the paperwork. I spent hours and hours to get this car right and to get the number I wanted for it to cover these services. I'm happy with my car but I enjoy buying/selling/fixing cars; if this is not you, look for another ""deal.""
