One of those places you want to succeed. 8/12/2005

The owners are extremely friendly and accomodating. Only when it gets very busy on weekend nights do some of the staff get flustered. Sticking with the sushi and sashimi, I was happy with what I got. I thought some of the dishes were pricey, but nothing compared to someplace in S.F. Pros: friendly, helpful, good sushi Cons: slightly expensive, can be loud more

My friend took me to this little japanese restaurant in a quiet neighborhood. The moment i entered, i was welcomed with friendly smiles. I sat at the bar, the chef was so friendly and talkative. Superb service and great place to relax and enjoy fresh and delicious sushi with your friends!! They have great cooked dishes too! The prices are very affordable. I live in San Francisco but i still go back a lot with my friends!!! Pros: Friendly, Excellent Food, Free Parking more

Sushi-Yu is a family-owned restaurant whose staff couldn't be more welcoming. Not only is the food great, but I feel better just walking in the door. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Vallejo. Pros: Friendly, Accomodating, Excellent food more
