Love this place, when I called to ask what time they open, they said 11am but they opened they're doors 10 min early so I could grab some sushi for lunch. They are all around awesome. Pros: best tempura ice cream ever made Cons: I work early and my lunch time is 10:20am, not open more

Tried this place for the first time last week. I actually enjoyed the sushi here. I'm not really fond of kaiten style, but this place actually had some decent sushi. If you're in a rush and want a quick sushi fix, this is the place to visit. more

Sushi Track is my family's favorite quick Sushi restaurant. We drive down from southwest Portland to eat there when we have time. The food is fresh, the sushi is attractive and often even artistic in its presentation. The proprietor and his staff are generally excellent and will quickly fill special orders. Pros: The Sushi. I have been eating at Sushi track for 5 years and have been taking family and co-workers there. Usually the service if efficient, food reliable, selection limited and decor good. Today was the $1.55 for any plate deal and my friends and I thought we would enjoy that. Unfortunately we got a dish (sashimi) that tasted sour and the fish was spoilt. On bringing this to the attention of the waiter (male with earings), he very agressively started arguing with us. He kept flatly denying the food was spoilt!! Well, then taste it! Was he aclling us liars? He even had the audacity to charge us for that plate. We brought his behaviour to the notice of the lady at the front desk and she apologized. But needless to say Sushi track lost my business and those of the people I can influence. Pros: Used to be good Cons: Get rid of the cocky waiter!! more

A nice clean & pleasant facility creating an enjoyable experience. Plenty of Ginger and Wasabi to be had with ample place settings available. Great seating area for groups of 4 or individuals. More sushi options are available when more customers are present. I am intriged by the items coming along the track and anticipating what I can delight myself with next. A little confusing at trying to figure the different shades of the plates like light pink & dark pink. Yes the serving staff is a little slow at refilling beverages and getting the ticket but not enough to discourage me from returning again. Have dined and enjoyed 2 times in the past two weeks. I like the seating with the track, however the service is some of the worst in the area. The fish is fresh, but not exceedingly so. They only have a limited selection of sushi and sashimi plates on the track so if you want something you have to ask, and ususally have to ask more than once. The prices are average, so it can be worth the visit, but certainly no fireworks for your eyes or palate. Very good spicy tuna rolls though! I have eaten at the Sushi Track a number of times and have always been impressed by the freshness of the fish and seafood items. It's a good thing that is it self serve from the track since the service staff is very slow. But a good value for the money. more
