The utter perfection that is Sushi Sasabune makes me want to cry. Ordering off the menu is frowned upon, and most patrons choose to follow the restaurant's motto and "trust me," by ordering the chef's special. A variety of amazing dishes follow, and no two nights are ever the same--aside from the traditional opener (tuna sashimi) and closer (crab hand roll). However, at roughly $50 per person, it's a strictly special occasion spot (at least for me).
