The sushi nest has a wide assortment of sashimi, which I love. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They usually give you fresh boiled and salted soy been pods, which I am growing to love. I have not yet tried their rolls, but have heard nothing but great things about them, especially the spider and dragon rolls.
My one negative for this place is the price. Like most sushi bars, for a sushi dinner, you'll spend more than $50 or $60 for two people. My fiance and I spent $70 for about 20 pieces of sashimi.
The chef who makes the sushi is really really nice and talkative, though. If you do go here, I recommend sitting at the bar for nice conversation while you wait for you sushi.
