Let me start by saying that I used to frequently order take outs from this place and probably spent close to a $1000 with them since they opened. But after what happened today, I will never eat there again. It all started when I was ordering two lunch specials and yellow tail sushi. I always order off of the menu on their web site, but staff on the phone just has to correct you when you read lines off their own web site - they announce ""numbered versions"" of each lunch special. Why don't you put these numbers on the web site if I keep saying them just by name? Then it took their staff about 7 questions to find out that I want yellow tail sushi. I was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up in 23 minutes, my order wasn't ready. Then it took 3-4 more questions from the waiter to figure out, which order was mine while they could have just written down my name over the phone. After about 10 minute wait I got my order and went home to enjoy my lunch. At home I found out that yellow tail sushi was two bloody clumped pieces of white-brown fish with a lot of excess skin in the sides. I eat yellow tail sushi at least a couple of times a month in different places for the last several years and this was the most awful one I've seen so far. When I stopped by Sushi House on my way back to work from lunch and politely asked for a refund, I was intimidated by the staff and told that this is exactly how yellow tail should look and I don't know what I order. This was over the top for me. Luckily, they're not the only sushi place in the area and if this is how they treat a repeat paying customer, I'm taking my money elsewhere.
