Last Saturday my family and I celebrated my uncle's 25th Wedding Anniversary at Sushi House. We asked for a table of 22 and brought one extra person and thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Apparently we were wrong.
From the beginning the waiter (slightly overweight guy with a goatee) threw attitude our way. They brought out our pre-ordered appetizers without asking anyone for their drink order and only took orders once I said something. We asked for them to bring our grandparents pre-ordered dinner so they could eat since they weren't eating appetizers. When we pointed out that they brought us an incorrect order, their response was, ""too bad, that's what we made"". The poor service continued throughout dinners with requests for help being answered with a condascending, ""I'll be right with you sir"", with no one following up. We ordered our dinner family style and they made everyone eat on tea-cup saucer size plates. When I asked if they could bring out an additional plate for everyone they said they would, but conveniently didn't follow through. A few people requested water at the beginning of dinner, but did not receive it. Bottom line, the wait-staff knew we were obligated to tip them based on the big group and offered sub-par service. If you're looking for a place to go with more than 6 people, look elsewhere.
Pros: Food
Cons: Attitude
