This woman often tries to do custody evaluation work for the Courts. She is very capable of lying to write her reports. She resolves herself of responsibility by saying the Courts are responsible for the accuracy of her reports.
She has hurt many fathers in custody evaluations. She will twist facts to help the mother. It is easy to dismiss these types of complaints because parents in conflict will say many things. The problem is what if you have a sexist and dishonest evluator---there is no accountability.
I know other fathers who all have the same experience. Mother bad mouths father and claims abuse. Children repeat claims. Facts are not supported by anything besides what mother says. Black writes up the report of what children say as fact. She believes children. She will ignore all other sources of information. She will not pick up the phone and open documents. In doing so, your child is the expert witness. Ms. Dickey Black is not only sexist, she is stupid. The fact that she has two mail order degrees and gets certified by state to do custody evaluations for the courts is disgusting. She has ruined the lives of many fathers and their children.
