Fitness classes for all levels, including Couch 2 Crossfit designed for beginners.
All new members who have not done CrossFit must complete 5 INDOC sessions with one of our CrossFit certified coaches. You may schedule these classes for anytime that fits your schedule. The session lasts about 30-40 mins and is not designed to be very intense. Please call or text Matt to set up your first session, (989) 284-6117. You must pay for your first month before starting the 5 sessions. After the sessions are completed, you may attend any class..
