You can't go wrong!! 7/29/2011

My husband initially came across Surreal Systems' website. We had received two bids and we chose Surreal Systems because they seemed to be more knowledgeable. They're professional and again, very knowledgeable. When Surreal Systems was here, they were very clean in the way they did their installation. In terms of services, Surreal Systems has re-wired the house for high definition TV and installed audio equipment, TV's, and speakers with adjustments. I don't think you could go wrong with Surreal Systems! more

Surreal System team has done an excellent job for us. Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They started and finished the job on time. Professional, smooth and so responsive! 6/29/2011

Surreal Systems, Inc. installed a whole new sound system and two televisions for me. They rebuilt a closet to hold all of the components in. They did it all in four days, and it was so smooth and easy. I had an issue and called Matt. He came out on the same day and got it fixed. I think they are fantastic! I highly recommend them to anybody! more

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish 6/9/2011

Matt was extremely patient with my inexperience and knowledge in the area of Audio / Video Enhancements, and gave me a number of options to fit my needs and budget. The Team that put my system together was very knowledeable, polite, and kept the areas clean and organized throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with how my project turned out, and I will definitely use Surreal Systems again. Surreal Systems, Inc. is absolutely the best company to work with. They really are terrific. They are one of the only companies I've ever worked with that did everything exactly that they said they would do, and at the exact price they quoted to you. I couldn't be happier with this company, they really have done an outstanding job and I highly, highly recommend them to everybody! more

Very professional organization throughout. Matt provided excellent counsel in the alternatives for our upgrade of a 10 yr old system. Cort and Amos thoroughly met our expectations in the installation process. Good sense of teamwork in the organization, and the communications from start through the completion of training were excellent. more

Fantastic company for ALL of your audio / visual needs! 5/3/2011

Their customer service was superior...better than even expected. The follow-thru is fantastic. They even provide you with a map of their wiring jobs so you know where it's located in case you need that info in the future. We found this company to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy in the products & services they offer. A good / honest supplier! This was our second install from them, and they are our "go-to" vendor for surround sound, audio / visual products & installs. Always impressed! more

Professional, ethical company; excellent job. 5/2/2011

Surreal Systems hooked up an audio system in our house with a universal remote control, and they mounted an audio bar underneath our television set. They did this in two locations in our home. They were also able to pull in the iPod, so now it works with both television and music. They wired it all, and it looks great. It works too. Everything is wonderful. It was our first time using them, and they are very professional and ethical. When they say they are going to do something, they do it. Everybody who came to our home really did an excellent job. Surreal Systems fixed what I had somebody else do. I found out that what the first company had done was very shady, so Surreal Systems came in, told me what they had done, and told me how it was supposed to be. They did everything in a timely and professional manner. They were cleanly, and everything works great. It was my first time using Surreal Systems. more

Product and customer service fabulous, exceeded already high expectations. 2/17/2011

Working with Surreal Systems has been an absolute pleasure. They worked with us closely and figured out our needs that we weren't even able to articulate. They met a close time deadline, and ensured everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied. As our project evolved, they made the changes in a seamless manner. They were incredibly clean, and completely cleaned up every day and started anew the next. We didn't even feel the construction of the project which included extensive wiring in numerous rooms. The subcontractors for the cabinetry, drywall, electrical, etc. were all wonderful as well. We have a fabulous system at a reasonable cost. I cannot say enough good things about the experience and end result, and I very rarely take the time to give feedback or reviews of products, but my experience with Surreal Systems warrants it. Very professional company; I would highly recommend them. 2/2/2011

There were no negative aspects of our relations with Surreal Systems. Everything was as they stated it would be, and they were very professional. Everything was also done in a timely manner. It was our first time using Surreal Systems, and they replaced all our TVs in our home in Laguna Beach and added additional equipment. They added Blu-ray and coordinated with Direct TV for all the hookups. There was a substantial amount of rewiring. I would highly recommend them. I dealt with another company in the past, and follow through was a problem. That has not been the case with Surreal Systems. Ever since the installation they have been very responsive to any issues or questions we have. We currently have a glitch associated with Direct TV, and a representative from Surreal, Steve, will be meeting with them on Friday to talk about it. He will also look at one other little issue we were having with a signal as well. Everything else has been great. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend them. more

My experiences with Surreal Systems has been excellent. I had another installer who came in and set a lot of expectations and then ended up being almost the opposite. Matt, from Surreal Systems, had to come in and fix a bunch of things. He did not over promise, and he delivered everything. If there was a problem, he fixed it right away. Matt is very pragmatic about what works and what doesn't. I trust him to do the work, and he is pretty fair about his approach. He gets things done. Initially I had him do a smaller project because of my bad experience previously, so I ended up doing the project over 3 or 4 stages. I will probably call him again later in February to get more work done. I know that Surreal Systems stands behind their work. The most important thing is that they have some pretty good experience. As a customer you can utilize it as they will give upfront guidance. Matt is pretty upfront about what works and what doesn't, which is very important when buying leading-edge technology. Because of my previous bad experience I ended up with a lot of equipment we didn't need, which was a waste. It could have bee prevented by having someone, like Matt, to provide the right guidance from the beginning. Matt at Surreal Systems was awesome. I went with another company initially to get everything done. They were at my place for a week and a half, and they couldn't get anything right. Matt showed up and fixed everything in one day. It was incredible. I have my TV upstairs in the main room, and then I have Apple TV, Google TV, Time Warner surround sound, and a cable box in a remote closet. I also have my surveillance camera going to my TV. The cabling was a complete mess. Surreal Systems made everything look easy. Everything now works perfectly, and it is easy to understand. Matt also set me up with a new remote for everything that works perfectly.
