They promised you everything in front. However, one week installation they promised... took 3 weeks to finish... 2 days delivery they promised... took a week to get it done... 4-6...

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any Contractor ever! 11/13/2006

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to install carpet, laminate, slate tile. They did not do any of it right. Have back three times and still can't get it right. Quaility of work is horrible. more

I did not get good service. The employess were not knowledge and they did not put down our floor correctly and had to come back a couple times and still have not got it right. I would not recommend them. The material is reasonable though. Pros: Reasonable flooring Cons: not knowledge or reliable more

They promised you everything in front. However, one week installation they promised... took 3 weeks to finish... 2 days delivery they promised... took a week to get it done... 4-6 weeks reorder they promised... now has been 6 weeks... they said it will take another 3 weeks. I assumed the ""3 weeks"" means another ""6 weeks"" or longer... Pros: Price was reasonable Cons: Customter Service- Thumbs down more
