When I finally got the courage to call Dr. Berry's office after looking at his website for months, it turned into a nightmare! The phone rang and rang, then went into voicemail. I tried again later on that day and someone that sounded like a teenager answered, I could barely understand her English as she was repeating everything I was asking her! All I wanted to do ask someone that was knowledgeable a few questions. After that stressful communication ordeal I was placed on hold for a while then someone else picked up whom did not know how to explain the procedure I was inquiring over at all, she even got extremely rude with me when I told her I just want information right now, that is all. She said she is new there and can not tell me anything without me paying $50 to come in!!! Apparently this place does not know what they are doing. Now I'm wondering why the original staff left!! I have noticed they took down the staff photos on their website. This all makes me wonder about the great reviews we are seeing here is coming from family members and new staff. What a strange and scary place to trust your body to!!
