Surfside Water Park is the best water park for miles. Ok, so it is the only water park for miles, but it is pretty cool. When attending be aware we are discussing a water park in rural Alabama so do not expect a park of the same caliber as you would find at major cities or tourist towns. However, there are several slides and fun pools where you can relax. Most of the staff is friendly, but I have heard bad stories about the management. The cost of admission is reasonable and parking is plentiful. After you’re down playing in the water there is another park right next door with arcade games and put-put golf.
