Customer Service Ends Once the Last Check is Cashed 7/4/2018

Rich has been evasive and unresponsive regarding the warranty for the plants he installed. We had one $50 plant die (we spent more than $5,000 on plants installed by Supreme) that we have asked Rich to replace. He ignores our text messages and phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full so you can't leave a message. We paid Rich over $17,000 for the total project. It's a shame that customer service ends once he cashes your last check. more

Tried to give them work 9/18/2016

This company never followed thru with a job. Called to get my new septic tank drain fill covered with grass, was given an estimate, told it would be done in a few days, it never happened. Tried calling but never got a call back. more
