Excellent Service 4/9/2012

Supreme Aluminum Products provided excellent service on my windows installation this spring. Company reps took the time to explain the process from giving me appropriate estimates to the day of installation and cleaned up debris, etc. As a plus, one of the installers helped me move back some of my heavier furniture. I'd definitely recommend Supreme Aluminum Products to anyone who is looking to install new windows. more

I've dealt with Supreme Aluminum Products - Windows for twenty years. I've haven't worked with them too much; they have taken care of odds and ends for me. I have a little contracting business and I am a small operator. If I needed something that fit their needs, I would call them. I would just tell people to go there! I have been using Supreme Aluminum Products for about ten years now. They have helped me with big jobs of twenty to thirty windows, as well as small projects requiring just two or three. They offer very good products for the price. My relationship with Supreme Aluminum Products has been a quality experience. They all are good guys, and the personalized service keeps me coming back. I had a wonderful experience with Supreme Aluminum from my first meeting concerning the product, what to expect, measurements,etc., the installation, the aesthetics...and now, the energy benefits I am reaping..$30-$40 less per month for electricity (for summer cooling)since the installation in July 2011 as compared to a year ago. And the quiet from having double-paned, low e gas in between is like day and night. I can hardly wait to see the energy savings for this winter! more

Supreme Aluminum Products - Windows is always very timely with their services. They are quick and knowledgeable when we ask them questions about what's being done. When I joined my company, which is a property management company dealing with student housing in College Park, it was already using Supreme Aluminum Products. They fix windows and make window replacements for us. They're trustworthy and do things in good time. We have a pretty close relationship with Supreme Aluminum Products. We're loyal to them because they're loyal to us! more

As a project manger for the DC Housing Authority, I have worked with Supreme Aluminum on several window replacement projects & each time they have been very patient & helpful. On many occasions we have been very selective in our decision making process on windows & they have been patient & guided us through to very attractive changes that have dramatically improved the appearance & energy efficiency of our properties. I'm a contractor, and I've been using Supreme Aluminum Products for windows on new construction and replacement projects for over five years. I have not had a single bad experience with them in all this time--it's all been pleasant. I'm completely satisfied with them. Supreme Aluminum delivers great quality materials. I'm quite happy with their products. I first discovered them when another contractor recommended them to me. Since then, I've been using them every couple of months. I've been going to Supreme Aluminum Products for about eighteen years now. The service has always been excellent when I go there! I think it's great to know them personally. Whenever I go there, the owner and the workers are so friendly and remember me and ask how I'm doing and genuinely care. They are really good people. I usually judge people I buy from and do business with by their willingness to get to know me and then their willingness to take care of me. I go in there all the time with the odd request or problem and everyone there, Mark, Mike and Bobby, are always willing to help me out. They provide great service and warranties to back up the products they have, which are man made so might have issues. I think it's the way a company responds to irritated customers as well as the satisfied ones. Supreme Aluminum is always willing to bend over backwards to make it right.
