I have firsthand experience with this location. They offer the worst service I have ever received. I brought my bike in to have the clutch repaired. They said it would take about 2-3 weeks. After one month I started calling about once every week and was told, “We’re slammed. I’ll get to it next week.” This went on for almost 3 months. Finally, they called to tell me that it was done, but when I showed up, they had only replaced the battery. They didn’t even touch the clutch. In addition, they offered no apology or discount for taking almost 4 months to do 1 hour of work. I missed an entire riding season! Incompetent and rude.\r
I immediately took my bike to Zoot Scoots where the mechanic stopped what he was doing, and had my clutch fixed within 30 minutes and charged me $30. \r
