I recently got a new lock installed on my backdoor my a different locksmith company. Well what happened was that on Friday the lock stopped locking and just kept turning all the way around. I had a problem because they said I must have damaged it, and refused to fix it. I had to call this locksmith and they installed a better lock, gave me a warranty, and I got a discount price for the work. more
