Bad Experience 8/22/2011

My husband and I had a bad experience at this vet. At first, things seemed great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. We took our cat back to see the vet and the first thing he did was yell at us, claiming we had waited far too long to bring our cat in. Long story short, we'd only had the cat a month, we got him from the Cat House, and the next thing we knew Dr. Otto had scheduled him for an eye surgery. The surgery did nothing for his leaky eye, and upon taking him to another vet, we discovered that surgery should never have been performed. He has allergies, end of story. Thank you so much for belittling us and making us feel bad, and then topping it off by making us pay for an expensive surgery that wasn't needed in the first place. more

Good thinking 8/17/2011

A couple of months ago my kitten, Juju, decided that it would be super cool to go outside and get lost in the wilderness. But luckily I had a microchip put in her 4 months ago. Good thinking on my part right? Guess what? We found her, so I am ultra grateful that I went to Superior Vet Care to to get all this done. more

Best Care 8/15/2011

Superior Veterinary Care is a great vet to take your pets! They always remind you about every appointment you have, even your pets yearly checkups. Vets and staff are very caring. My dog Tina always gets the best care here. more

Best Care Ever 8/11/2011

My Lexie got top of the line care. They nursed her back to good health and I am so thankful for that. The staff in the office were very helpful, nice & friendly. I will recommend anyone to Superior Veterinary Care. more

By far the best 7/22/2011

This is by far the best animal hospital I have been to. It's very clean and the staff is wonderful in helping out with any questions or concerns. I had to take in my dog for surgery and this was the place that was recommended an acquaintance So, I went in for the consultation, I met with the doctor (Dr. Otto), and we discussed what needed to be done and how the surgery will go. He took some blood samples but did not try to pressure me into anything extra. And even if he did have some extras he asked me first what I thought about it. In the end, all went great. more

Best Vet 7/15/2011

I was very pleased with the entire staff at Superior Vet. Due to their love and compassion for animals, they made the last days of Dr. Pinks (my cat) life, as comfortable as possible. If I am ever in need of a vet I will definitely be going here. Thanks. more
