Excellent Service - 5 Stars - Professional Staff I got stuck on Alligator Alley in the middle of course with my boat trailer on the back. They were able to get my truck on the flatbed part and actually tow my boat back home too. The were very fair price wise especially that I had no choice but to pay whatever I had too. They took care of me and my vehicles and in record time for being a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow service. more

I was involved in a minor accident and my car had to be towed. I was referred to A Superior Towing Company In Davie, Florida. All of the staff was willing to help me right away and they even helped me get a ride home. Pros: They were all very nice and picked up my car fast more

As a car dealer I would only use A Superior Towing for all our towing needs. Everytime I have a situation and I call A Superior Towing they are very curtious and extremely professional. Sean & Lori were extremely easy to work with. They understood our problem and made sure we were taken care of. In fact they went out of thier way to get our car properly stored and safegaurded the day of the incident. The next day when we went to pick it up, Lori made it seemless and she was fantastic. I have the same similar story. Got into a car accident and the police called this RIPOFF Company to tow my car and when I got to their location the business owner told me that he will help me and he know someone that work with my insurance company (Another thieve and one of the biggest liars I even knew... I had a car accident and the A Superior towing was called. When Jason, the driver, got there he informed us we would have to pay out of pocket a flat r.ate of $50 and then $5 per mile. . Once we got to the dropoff point,the price on the invoice changed. He charged us $100 and $5per mile for towing plus another $100 for labor. I was livid. I contacted the towing company and the guy on the other end who refused to give his name said ""He can charge you whatever he feels like for Labor"". I told him i would report him to the better business beureu and he basically laughed in my face. I cannot believe this company is still in Business. Stay away from this business they are a RIPOFF.. they have tie up with some of the most shady businesses in fort lauderdale and boca raton. I am pasting my review from yahoo and gmail to expose them...I orginally wrote this review for the dealer where Superior Towing recommended me to go....I personally hold them responsible for the agony faced by me.. "" Bunch of Thieves, liars and conspirator is how I will describe scumbags at Kings Auto. let me tell you how their business operate.. 1)I got in to accident 2)Superior towing did the towing of my vehicle from the accident site. the guy from A Superior Towing called me and recommended Kings Auto guy to me. I never showed any interest and then there is a guy called ""Sean Loren""(a mid age looking guy who literally looked cunning and a felon) showed up at my place with all the papers and with all the bragging about their body shop. he explained me how they only use OEM parts. and will save me from getting ripped from insurance company. I had so much going on at that time that I allowed him to take my car to his place. 3)my cars has been transported to 50 miles away to their body shop. 4)my car was there with them for two months and still there as I write whenever I call their bodyshop there will be always one reply from the lady at phone...they have gone for breakfast...coffee...lunch and finally they are closed at 5 pm and call tomorrow 5)I somehow got hold of two guys(Ernie and Ken) they are again a veteran thieves and liar. Ken told me.. we ordered wrong junkyard part. and we are waiting on the junkyard part. all the promises made by Sean for OEM parts are down the toilet. 6)again every week they promised and the car never got delivered. 7)every day i had to spend calling them and waiting. 8)I strongly believe in this whole Kings Auto thing bunch of criminal are involved(The Adjustor, A superior towing, Sean, Ken, Ernie) -my couple of aquaintance got in to accident and this Kings Auto Guys are calling everyone and trying to get business by offering a 300 dollar kickback towards your deductible. Bottom Line : I cant stress enough for anybody to go to the Authorized Dealer rather than going to such kind of shady bodyshop.........Please please and please save yourself the agony of dealing with these criminal at Kings Auto's . I am planning to file a police complaint pretty soon and if there are anybody interested in suing them please write me a mail. "" more

I was taken back when I was treated with such respect and consideration in a time that I was very vulnerable. My car was in an accident and I was upset and stressed. You never really know all you have to go through when you get in an accident until you actually experience it. A Superior Towing was called to the accident btythe police and thats when I met one nice person after another, from the tow truck driver who was clean and curtious to the people in the office who helped me when I didn't even know where to start. My car ended up being totaled but I thank all at A Superior Towing for all there services. Pros: Curtious employees, spotless facility more
