Superior Smiles

Well When i brought my son here when he was 4 about two yrs ago,Dr. fischer was his dentist,he had to be seen for a filling. He started to get up set because his mouth had gotten pinched and he was scared of what was going on.To my surprise Fisher told him to quit being a baby and be a big boy,then asked me to leave the room cause he kept crying and said the reasonwas because he was looking for comfort,and if I wasnt in there he would probably stop crying.So I left,but didnt want to.I could hear my child crying in the waiting room and asked if I could go back there and they said no hes almost done.About 5 minutes later the nurse and my son were coming out and my son went to the prize box to get a prize,and she said no not today remember what the dentist said,if you wouldnt have cried you could have got a prize,I was Livid never again will I go back there,and because of this experience my son is afraid to go to the dentist! more

I've taken my son to this dentist for 8 years from ages 2 to 10. Today he had a cleaning scheduled I checked the appointment card on our calendar, it said 4:15. When we reached the office at 4:00 we were told his appointment was at 3:45 and they had cancelled it since we weren't there. I tried to explain it was there error but was told too bad, he could be seen in Dec...2 months away!!! Unacceptable. more

I love Superior Smiles and have always had superb service and experiences here. My daughter actually asks me when she is going to the dentist again because she loves it. I am terrified of the dentist and always have been, but instead of scoffing at an adults fear, the staff really help me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. I will never go anywhere else. more

Superb dentistry! The entire office was so incredibly friendly. The staff all like to laugh and have a great time together working which really makes you feel relaxed and confident in their work. They have TV in every room so you can watch whatever you want while you are getting your work done. I highly recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Ron Fisher is absolutely incredible with kids. My 4 yr old loves going to the dentist! Their billing dept is very good at what they do. Any questions with insurance or billing they are more than ready to help, which was huge for me as I don't understand all the mumbo, jumbo of insurance companies. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to go! Ignore the bad reviews as obviously those people have issues that go beyond the dentist! more

I had a bridge done at Superior Smiles 10 years ago. It's been nothing less than terrific. I now live in Wisconsin and my dentist here compliments the Superior Smiles bridgework every time she checks my teeth. more

the first time i went there the fillin that they gave me fell out and i had to have another dentist put it back in. the next time i go there they give me a root canal and refuse to give me pain medication.? when i was in pain for a week and a half. now the same tooth they messed up a while ago hurts when im supposed to have no feeling in it. more

I encountered rude, unprofessional office staff. There are a few dentists in the office, the man i sought for dental help was not so helpful at all. I ended up going to a different dentist, at a different office to fix the work that he did! There are many dentists in Hancock, I'd find another one. more

Going to Superior Smiles was the most horrifying experience I ever had. 2 of the dentists I had encountered, were cold, AROGANT, and had no manners what-so-ever. I had 2 teeth extracted due to a severe infection. I was given no pain meds either time. They told me if Tylenol or Motrin didn't work, maybe I should see someone else!!!! WHAT? They were the ones that ripped my teeth out! Not my family practice Doctor! I was treated like an invalid! I was belittled, and was stuck at home with severe pain for 1.5 days after extraction, then finally had to go to the ER. Not only are they brutal, but both extracted areas got infected. AWFUL experience, will never go back!!!! Pros: Nice bathroom Cons: Filthy seating, AWFUL RECEPTION. LONG wait to get in to be seen more

I am so thanful that I have found a great dentist in the area. I used to dread going to the dentist, but not anymore! My dentist at Superior Smiles is so gentle, so kind, and so caring. I don't have the best teeth, and he never makes me feel ashamed of all my cavaties! I have never had to wait longer than 3 minutes here, honestly! I am always in and out as quick as possible too. The staff is also very nice at Superior Smiles. more
