I had a problem with the install of a replacement home heat and air system. some of the subsequent hassles included 1.i had to convince the shop that installed it that there was a problem. 2. other firms were willing to fix it, but a lot of money for the labor when it wasn't installed right. 3. the installation shop finally agreed there was a problem and fixed it. \r
i say all this to let you know, at this point, my opinion of most all HVAC was not good. \r
i am happy to tell you that Superior Service is qualified, competent, more than adequately trained in the new systems. I highly recommend Josh for the check up/tune up if you are unsure that your system is working right. This is what I did. Josh understood the history, made things right, and took time to explain what was normal and what needed adjustment. I will very likely use this company when i need to replace a 2nd system in the house.
