Decent prices and selection of Ammo at a time when Ammo is hard to find. Some ammo was pricey but the laws of supply and demand apply. Staff seemed fairly helpful and knowledgeable. Large selection of products and competitive prices. more

Great selection, Great service 11/19/2011

Ive bought 2 guns from this shop. Very knowledgable staff. Kurt, the gunsmith is awesome and very helpful. Prices are fair and the range is my favorite in the area. Sounds like the people who had problems don't know how to talk to adults or make a deal on a purchase. Ive never had a problem there! more

Great place to buy a gun 2/8/2011

Went to the W. Little Creek (Norfolk) location and was met with prompt, professional service. Guy behind the counter waited patiently while I inspected a handgun, answered a few questions, and even knocked the price down when I asked if he would (didn't play any games, just asked if he was set on the price or if he'd bring it down some). He even threw in a huge discount on a holster, so I walked away extremely happy with my purchase. Haven't had any issues whatsoever with the gun or the holster. I wouldn't hesitate to do business here again. more

No returns or exchanges. Gun wasn't even a day old.. 4/24/2010

Gun jammed bigtime after owning it for about 18 hours. Then their gunsmith told me it was defective. The lady who sold it then told me their gunsmith doesn't know anything and would not exchange it. She then gave me a number to a gunsmith and said I would have to take it to him!! I called the number and it was disconnected!! I paid $600 and got nothing Pros: Do not buy from these people. 100% SCAM! Cons: They do not stand behind their product. Total hassle. more

RUDE, DISHONEST and OVERPRICED 4/1/2009

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Smug and ignorant staff. Not very knowledgable, not helpful, and rip-offs! We found the same exact gun at A&P for $100 less. When my husband pointed this out, they told him that he can accept the price or leave. We will shop elsewhere for genuine expert advise, good customer service, and fair prices--qualities that this shoddy business lacks. Cons: unfair prices, lack of knowledge and customer service more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a gun case for $9.99 ($10.49 with tax), paid $50.50 cash and they only gave me $0.01 in change. I told the employee that I gave her a 50 dollar bill, but insisted that I gave her a 10 dollar bill even after rechecking the register. I'm extremely confident that I gave her a 50 dollar bill. They said that the would call me after counting the register when the store closed for the day. Yeah Right! Not at a shady pawn shop business like Superior Pawn & Gun. I have been satisfied with their services in the past, including their gun safety course. However I am now disapointed with there business and business practices. If you want to purchase guns or gun accessories, go to A&P Arms Lynnhaven. Better service, more knowlegeable staff, and I'm sure they can tell the difference between a 10 dollar bill and 50 dollar bill. more
