Very courteous and professional when picking up and delivering my rug. My oriental rug was cleaned and repaired perfectly....the edge looks brand new. Pricing is reasonable for the high quality of service provided. Highly recommend and I will use again! more

This is the second time I have had Superior Carpet Cleaning do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company. more

Doing daycare in my home 1/28/2013

Your staff is very friendly and great at what they do. When I call for appointments, I`m always greeted with an upbeat attitude and provided a date and time to fit my schedule. Keep up the goo work. Nathan does an excellent job!! Doing daycare in my home, I feel my carpet has lasted longer than what it should. And each time I get a cleaning, the carpet looks brand new again. more

In one word Outstanding! Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. The woman on phe phone sold your service with effeciency and extreme courtesy. Trust that you mean what you say and back up your services. Enough said. Nathan was courteous and efficient. He pointed out options and trouble spots on my carpets then proceeded to make them look new again. more

Reliable and effective cleaning. Carpets are stain free and brighter than before. That`s why we come back. We bought a house that offered a carpet allowance. We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet. more

My carpets are almost 10 years old, but after being cleaned, they looked and smelled like new. Your company was able to remove pet stains and odors left behind from two dogs. The chemicals used did not have an overwhelming smell and was safe for my children and dogs. The service was professional from start to finish. Not only did the technician take care in the appearance and cleanliness of my carpet, but he also took great care in protecting my walls and doorways during the cleaning. more

We appreciate the efficient, quality care that the team provides. The people are responsive and friendly, making sure to make us aware of what we can do to maintain our carpets for the long haul. Our carpets are 5 years old and receive a good deal of traffic, but they look brand new to us! more
