I called to make an appointment for servicing my air conditioning. I was told that the technician will stop by my house between 2 and 5 PM. I left work early to make sure that i would be home when that person comes (in the past i had an appointment cancelled with Cox because i was 5 min late; i did not want this to happen again). At about 4:45 PM, i received a call saying that the technician was on its way and would be there 15 min later. After expressing my disappointment i decided to wait more for that person to come (after all i already had lost all my afternoon...). At 5:20 PM, the technician was still not here. Calling the company i was greeted by the same person who after recognizing me decided to hang up on me. After several additional unanswered calls, i was directed to another person who took my name and phone number and told me that she was going to inquire about the situation then call me back. I am still waiting....
Part 2:
The technician called me at 5:40 PM. Again i expressed my disappointment, told him that i waited all afternoon for him and that i am still waiting. After telling me that he is not controlling scheduling he said he was coming. He presses on the button of his cell phone (i heard a bip) then says.....""A$$hole"" then presses on the button of the phone again (second bip).
Five minutes later he was showing up at my door.
