I was so tired of paying exorbitant costs at upscale salons, and I've never been that thrilled with the end result. My husband goes to Supercuts and has always been satisified, so I decided to give it a try. While it is ""no frills""--your not going to get served wine and cheese while someone massages your feet--I think I got the best haircut of my life!! and for only $16 (and that included a shampoo)!! I got the manager, Laura, and she asked me alot of questions to find out what I liked and disliked about my previous haircuts. For a quickie, in and out sort of place, I really felt like she wanted to make sure I was happy with my haircut. She even discussed some different ways I could style my hair, and recommended some styling products. I've always heard such mixed things about S/C's, but my experience was very good, and I left very impressed. The service is quick, and you're in and out, but I also got quality and professionalism and a really good haircut. I will definitley be going back
