Bad service 1/1/2010

I always go to the lazer wash. But for some reason it was closed. So I had to go into the tunnell which I hate because the people that work at super shine are the rudest I have ever seen the guy did not greet me just said what do u want I asked him what the manger speical was he said I don't know so I ask for his manger he has gone home for the day the attendent said so I asked for the reg. Wash the guy prep half the car and sent me the service is horrible I don't know how they stay open will people like that working there more

Dissatified- Bad Customer Service 2/26/2007

I tried getting a car wash yesterday. The guy in the cash wash, believe or not called me stupid! I wanted to ask him, if I should take off my antenna before entering in the car wash, but he did not allow me to. What type of people work at a car wash? I left because now I didn't trust them. When you go into a car wash, you need to trust them, paid over $45,000 for my car , I am NOT interested in it damaged!!!!!! more
