WORST COMPANY! 11/9/2010

This is one of the worst companies out there. There CEO John Cassar is a total jerk! He is a self centered bastard who is in it for the dollar. he doesnt care about patients care or even his employees. His associate Brian Worthingtion is even worse. He doesn't do his job and claims to be about the patients when frankly he is just into the pharmacist Katherine. I will never order from this company again. I'm a ID doctor in south bay and will never order from this slimmy company. more

Super Fast Super Service Super Care 8/21/2008

I agree w/Tammy, my g-ma is Chinese and I never had a problem with them. I always see Chinese patients there treated with respect. Chinese names are difficult and they know how to deal with them. I've also heard them dealing with Spanish speaking people and even Egyptian people w/ease. James is probably rude and a typical FOB who only wants to deal with Chinese ppl. He prob doesn't give others a chance and is rude and gives all Chinese a bad rap. Probably can't drive either. more

i send my parents there, and they're always very polite. you have to understand that with a chinese name, the whole thing sounds like a last name. maybe you should have been more specific because as long as i have gone there, i have never had a bad experience. they have better customer service any other pharmacy in town. your comment was ridiculous. i have had a different experience with Super Care and i do not agree with your comment at all. more

The worst Pharmacy ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/29/2007

I can?t believe how disorganized they are!!!!!! . They don?t know what they ?re doing. I went recently to get a prescription for my grandma who was a customer. They could not find her name in the computer since she had a Chinese name and was too difficult for them!!!!!!\r They have a rude short technician too who does not smile or take care of the customers. Bad Pharmacy. Not recommended. more
