We were pleasantly surprised at how large our room was and the flat screen television in the room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Some perks: Wi-fi, coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Breakfast was included. Extra fee for pets. more

The young man at the front desk was pleasant and gave us a choice of rooms. We opted for the first floor room so we didn't have to lug our stuff up the stairs. The room was large and clean. We stayed here as it would sleep all six of us (3 generations) in one room, saving us a bundle over getting two rooms on our way back to Colorado from Yellowstone. The room could actually sleep seven as the bottom bunk bed was a double with a single on top. The metal frame was a bit wobbly and squeeky and could use some tightening up. I'll take off one star for that and the fact that the hot tub and pool were not full and needed a good cleaning. We opted for the Star Plunge hot springs instead. Too bad the free state park soaking pools were closed by the time we got there. Note that there is a very good full service Shell station across the street from the Super 8 for gassing up. There is even a god mechanic on site which is handy when you need it as we did! 1/2 hour after opening we had a new alternator and battery and were cruising home. more

The lady at the registration desk when we arrived was extremely nice and helpful. She was very friendly and had a very nice experience. The gal that cleaned our room did a wonderful job with all the little extra touchs. We would definitely stay here again more

The hotel is on the edge of Thermopolis, about one mile, so you have to drive in for bars and restaurants. There is a diner next to the hotel in walking distance. more

We stayed here a few years ago, and found the hotel to be nice & clean, which is why we decided to stay again on this trip on our way to Yellowstone N.P. more
