AWESOME 12/14/2010

I just want to let everyone who needs a "GREAT" place to stay that travels with pets how wonderful SUPER 8 is in Spokane Valley Washington. I travel alot with my dogs and some places are not to friendly, but SUPER 8 is. They have plenty of room for walks with your four legged friends and they have a VERY reasonable pet fee too. Ask for Jason at the front desk. He is the nicest and most helpful front desk attendent , and is very knowledgelbe about the surrounding area and great places to walk your animals, and knows get places to eat too. All the staff is nice, and the rooms are clean, and the pool and hottub is awesome and is available 24hrs a day for adults. Need to check this place out if you are in SPOKANE WASHINGTON. SUPER 8 spokane Valley. more

EXCELLENT 11/18/2010

Our stay was excellent. The room was VERY clean and the staff was very friendly. Myself and my wife would like to add a special thanks to Liz, Beck, and Nikki at the front desk. They did more than one should expect a hotel chain to do, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the maid service was excellent also. We cannot say enough good things about our stay and we will definitely be staying again. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you all! more

Thumbs Up 11/18/2010

Our family has stayed in this motel at least once a year for the last 3 years. Our son attends a yearly tournement. We love the continental breakfast and the indoor swimming pool. The service is always friendly! I would like to applaud the outstanding faculty that maintains the cleanliness in the pool and eating areas. These areas have high traffic, but it was maintained beautifully. I give this motel a thumbs up. See you again next year! more

GREAT HOTEL 11/16/2010

We stayed here twice coming into Spokane and then again when we flew out of Spokane 2 weeks later. We called the hotel from the airport courtesy hotel phone for their FREE shuttle service and where there in minutes(this is 10.45pm). We have 4 kids (2 teenagers & 2 little ones) and they had us in our family room in a matter of minutes. The staff was wonderful for the 3 days total that we spent there. The room was clean and with 4 kids had lots of room to move around, the couch was perfect. Breakfast is wonderful and the waffles melted in our mouths. My 17 year-old son was worried that he wouldn't get a waffle when we checked out at 5.45am because breakfast didn't start until We stayed here twice coming into Spokane and then again when we flew out of Spokane 2 weeks later. While this is defiantly not a Marriot hotel by any means, this a a GREAT hotel for the price. The hotel is out of town right off the highway, McDonalds and a Iron Skillet Resturant(great food) is within a 2 minute walk more

I would recommend 11/5/2010

My family has been coming to this motel before the swimming pool was built and when they still served only a toast bar. Now that I live in Spokane, this is the place I choose to stay when I want to get away from the house for a night. This hotel has all the amentities a 2 star hotel should (a indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, complementary wireless internet that works!, fridges, microwaves, and coffeepots in all rooms, a continental breakfast each morning, and elevator!). The room we were in during our most recent stay was on the third floor of the main building (half smoking and half n/s rooms), and even tho the hallways did smell like smoke, our non-smoking room didnt. The rooms arent fancy, but are clean and have everything you need for a decent stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is on a budget but still likes receiving little perks such as a free breakfast and a pool. more

Editorial
  • In Short
The first Super 8 opened in Aberdeen, S.D., in 1974, charging $8.88 a night. Today, the national franchise, with its familiar red-and-yellow sign, still stands for dependable rooms at wallet-friendly prices. A staple for road-tripping families, truck drivers and tour groups, the motel offers complimentary morning coffee and continental breakfasts. Another perk for travelers: Super 8 travel cups may be refilled for free at any of the motel's locations.
