DONT STAY HERE EVER!! NOT ON YOUR WORST DAY!! 8/22/2010

I made reservation on line. The clerk could not find my reservation then it was all tangled up in some other paperwork on the desk. The next day I asked for some towels and washcloths which they where given to me. We lefted the room and when me and my kids returned NO ONE had been in to clean our room at ALL!! I complained to the front desk clerk Barbara but we got into a BAD arguement. She told me since I was given towels that was my room service. I said ""I DONT THINK SO!!"" However nothin was solved my room didn't get cleaned, my bed sheets was not changed, trash was not taken out, floor was not vaccumed, dirty laundry was still in the room. It was a MESS!! They discounted my bill $20 dollars..WOW!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!! I will NOT be staying here AGAIN!! more

overall great! 1/11/2008

wow... before me and my husband found our apartment (hes NAVY) we stayed here and not only were the rooms clean and welcoming, the customer service in the lobby was great! High Speed internet access, convenient to shopping centers...or if your cheap like me theres a McDonalds and Taco Bell right across the road...if i could, i would live there!!! only...of course you have your annoying people that like to come in right next to you being ""intimate"" and people slamming doors...but you dont hear too much cuz the walls are pretty thick- keep the TV on lol, and the slamming doors is kinda hard not to do cuz the doors are kinda heavy. But overall..this is a great place to stay! Pros: customer service, interior entrances, elevator, Appearance of room Cons: same as most hotels- sexually active neighbors more
