We picked this property while traveling: We had not researched it online. Had we read the other reviews, we may have missed out on a good night's sleep and a clean place to stay for us & our dog. We are non-smokers & take good care of our dog (we guard against fleas, etc. and carry waste pick-up bags when we walk the dog & when traveling). It is hard to find a decent hotel that allows dogs. It was getting dark when we drove into the parking lot. The place seemed well-maintained and quiet. I went in to ask if they allowed pets. The lady at the desk (who seemed like a local resident & spoke English just fine, thanks) was polite & helpful. We got a room on the second floor, non-smoking. Other reasons we rated this hotel Excellent: The bathroom was spotlessly clean. So were the sheets & pillows. The carpet & paint were not brand-new, although it seemed like they had been either cleaned or updated recently. There was one spot on one towel that appeared as though there had been a previous stain. The towels themselves were fresh & clean. We heard a few other guests walking in the hallway and going into their rooms (probably around 10 PM?) although there were no loud noises or loud talking. It was Friday night, & a relief to get a good night's sleep before another day of driving. I got up @ 5:30 AM & took the dog outside. There was a man at the desk, probably speaking a language from India? When we checked out later, I thanked him for having such a clean room. He also spoke English just fine and was polite. I originally logged on to write a little review of how nice it was to find a budget hotel that was clean. It seems that I have written a book. PS The TV was not a flat screen, although it was a good TV. It was a nice surprise to find a hair dryer, soap & shampoo, small refrigerator & microwave in the room.\r more

We booked this on the fly coming home from a flying trip 1000 miles from home. The place had clean sheets, a working television and was decent. We paid 49.99 plus tax. more

Its practically perfect in every way. Had a great stay and appreciated the staff accommodating our requests for a high floor. You will not regret staying at this Super 8. more

We were supposed to have stayed two nights in St Louis but the hotel Internet was practically non-existent so we reserved this hotel at short notice. We were made welcome and had a good room. Everything was clean and tidy. Denny's was close by and the cinema, which our son was pleased to see. Very well situated. more
