Best Vacation ever!\r \r Super 8 Victoria/North/Mall was one of the nicest, friendliest, cleanest and best hotels we ever stayed in! We had fun with the concierge the Front desk (who remembered our names every day!) and the management of the hotel too! Everyone at the hotel was friendly accommodating and always was hoping you were having a good time! It is a comfortable room, great water pressure!! Fabulous restaurants nearby! The location was perfect, close enough to everything and yet away from the noise and 'hustle & bustle'. more

Please DO NOT STAY at this MOTEL. 6/20/2011

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The hotel was in incredibly poor condition and was not worth 146.64 per night for a double. In addition to that, this Super 8 Motel charged my debit card $1880.32 in additional unauthorized charges. I spent an entire morning on the phone with my bank and an employee of the Super 8 motel to get this cleared up. I sent the manager e-mail messages, and left phone messages but I was never contacted by management. I asked kindly to have my entire stay refunded, and was treated rudely. Given the inconvenience, I dont think this is an unreasonable request. more
