We've been with Suntrust for several years. We like what the bank has to offer, but this particular branch is the pits. Everytime I go there, which is at least once a week, I have to wait in a long line. I've never seen more than two tellers working at a time, and one of them is going back & forth between drive thru & us. We just got a home equity line through them because they had the best rates, but we still hate having to go to the bank. It's a ggod thing I can do a lot online.
