I would recommend Sunswept for its good location right near the mall if you work in it. There are also some places to eat close by. That it why I chose to live here.Good location and convenient. more

I moved in last month and it is good so far. I only had one issue with my ac but it was fixed the next day. I see workers around when I am outside too. more

I was living at a place near sunswept and saw that they have been doing some work on the place. I got a good move in special so I am giving it a try and so far it has been good but it has only been a couple of months. more

There is Hope! We have a new mangement company they have been here for 2 month and they do seem to care. Lot of work is being done that was ignored by the last manager. I am told that they are trying to get the pool fixed so we can swim in it THIS Summer, yippy!!!!! Time will tell, but I have been patient so far a little more time to see if they are going to make things better. I am encouraged its looking good so far! My lease is up July 2011, I might stay. more

My daughter has lived in Sunswept for just over nine months, and I worry about her safety every single day. They have been broken into three or four times, once while someone was at home! \r \r The management company is lead by a woman who is rude, and has no tolerance or understanding of the circumstances the residents there undergo daily. The rest of the management support team seems nice, but they appear to be bullied into following the unreasonable rules set up by the Manager.\r \r The hallways are filthy, the roof leaks, the pool never opens in the summer, the snow is never removed, the plumbing leaks, the buildings are not secured and crime/drugs run rampant throughout the community.\r \r DO NOT move to Sunswept (also known as ""Gunswept"") Apartments unless you are willing to accept the above conditions with a smile, all the while paying above average rent prices -- which you better pay on time or you're subject to $5 a day fee! Pros: Low Rent/Move-In Specials Cons: Everything Else! more

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING IN HERE !!! I was in a desperate situation and this place offered me a solution, I wish I would of waited !! Now I am stuck here for a YEAR !! This is the worst hell hole of an apartment that I have ever lived in !! Blatent ""ILLEGAL"" deals being done right in front of the buildings, cars getting broken into, very dangerous unkept grounds (unsafe for my children). The staff is very snotty and not helpful at all. You have to call and call and go into the office to complain when something is broken/not working and even then they take their sweet time fixing things, if at all !! Moved in and was promised things would be fixed and carpets cleaned which never happened. I ended up having things fixed myself !!! The pool is NEVER open, wasn't open on memorial day last year and now not open on time again!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE !!! Pros: I do not think there are any for this complex Cons: Too many problems to list, just not a good place to live in my opinion more
