My very shy son was meeting his friend there, who had already gone in. He handed the lady $20 (That I got out of the ATM just prior to dropping him off). The ticket cost $6. She gave him $4 back. He was too shy to make a fuss. My husband went back to talk to the manager. He said that couldn't have happened. My husband asked him to count the drawer to check. He left for a total of 2 minutes and said the drawer was not over. If the drawer was not over, then the girl selling the ticket pocketed the money. It was only $10, but what kind of message is that sending to my son? It's ok to steal $10? Who steals money from a little boy? What kind of manager doesn't even attempt to get to the bottom of it? This theater has started to turn around. Over a year ago, I would not have recommended it to anyone. I even got sick off there nacho's. That was 2 days of fun. But since they have reopened, I have seen a big change. The place is cleaner and the staff is making an effort. Like other people have posted it is a much quieter and safer place for your kids. I am the manager of the Seminole 8 movies theatres and no one tried to contact me or talked to my managers about the problem with their gift card. Our theatre is trying to do the best we can with what we have to work with. We have lowered out prices and try very hard to keep the theatre clean. My managers and I and the rest of my staff wish you would all come and visit us. Pros: Parking, exelent customer service and family oriented more

This theater isn't hiding from anyone, you just have to be smart enough to know where to look! more

The theatre itself smells horrid due to the multitude of months it was closed. The last time I attended a film there, the film strip apparently tore in the machine and the entire crowd was forced into another theatre hall. I went there to see Live Free or Die Hard... not that Rat-Chef movie thing (which was also a disappointment). The tickets are overpriced, the food isn't magnificent and the best thing I've seen from the theatre was a skateboard demo some friends of mine performed. While this theater may have problems with teenagers on Friday nights, I have witnessed the Ushers and even Management making attempts to control the adolescents. Sometimes there is just no controlling an entire theater full of middle schoolers. It is a lot better on Saturday nights. If you're looking for a good time to go see a movie in a peaceful environment, I suggest going on a night during the week. Pros: Customer Service in Concession and Box Office, they are always making an effort to clean, always parking available Cons: Kids on Friday nights, The parking lot needs to be painted (I've asked management about this; they are owned by the mall, and the mall is very uncooperative!) more

this theater is ok its just on the weekends they do nothing about the middle schoolers who ruin the movies and sneak in Pros: none really Cons: people ruining the movies and the staff doing nothing about it. more
