Hmmm. Where should i start. Why not from the beginning. We had roll-call tickets and instead of going to a ticket box and actually receiving some sort of momento saying I was there I received a mickey mouse stamp. I have always collected my concert tickets, so kinda dissapointing, but then again I really would prefer not remember being there. I don't even know where to begin with the staff. When i booked the tickets I was not told it was a nonsmoking venue, but i have been to nonsmoking venues before. Usually there is no smoking in the venue and you have to go outside to smoke. Here they threw my cigarettes along with my lighter to the ground. Needless to say i was a little stunned, so when I gave a stunned look at them they told me I could take it to my car. I was being safe and had took a taxi since I was drinking that night. When i told him that they treated me like a drug dealer or something and searched my everything for much longer than necessary. All the cigs they confiscate they put in a box for the bums to pick up or the security gets to grab into at will or something. When my friend went up and asked how we could get them back after the show after we were in the concert they had 3 guys literally pick him up and throw him out to the sidewalk. He had road rash all over one side of his body. What are their problems? I highly suspect they get thrills out of hurting people. While I was in the mosh pit they had security guards around the circle not pulling people out if they looked hurt or tired, but pushing them back in!!! I had seriously injured my elbow ( I am in a cast, typing with one hand right now) while on the main floor and I was seeking escape from the crowd. I was looking for a way out and must have went the wrong way, but a guard grabbed my hurt arm and pushed me back into the crowd, even after I told him I was hurt. He told me he didn't care. There were like 4 other guards right there that could have helped me get out, but instead a guy from the crowd helped me, thankfully, because I am seriously injured. The way I was treated all night long by the entire staff was more than inhumane...I have seen livestock treated better. I wouldn't be surprised if the guards hadn't made my injury worse. I wouldn't recommend this horrible venue to my worst enemy. Nobody should be treated that way, in fact no animal should be treated the way they treated my friends and I. I have been to venues all over the country and this is the worst ever. Save your money to go to a different state to see the band you really want to see, it is worth it in the long run. Unless you like being treated like a degraded piece of, well, you know.
Pros: The band - NOFX
Cons: The entire venue, especially the staff
