The two massages I've had here are among the best I've ever had. (And I went to massage school so I should know!) This is strong, deep-tissue, manipulative massage, so if you don't like someone rubbing you to the core, you're in the wrong place. The decor is clean but sparse, though if you are put out by christian symbols and bible verses you may also be in the wrong place.
I recommend the combo Thai/Swedish on a regular massage table. The other option is to be on a pad on the floor, which allows the Thai manipulation to be more complete, but may strain the neck.
The price is certainly right at $45 an hour, but be warned: If you charge your massage to your debit card, they include a $9 tip with the "pending charges" -- even if you pay cash for the tip. It doesn't come out of your checking account, of course, but it IS sort of disconcerting to see it on your transaction record.
All and all a solid B+ establishment!
