We used Sunshine Limo Service for our recent Oregon wine tour and came away very impressed. They provided professional service from beginning to end - helped set up our schedule, made appointments for us, sent a great driver in a nice newer limo - really no complaints. We will definitely use them again in the future! more

Went on a wine tour over Memorial Day weekend with Sunshine. They had a $50 per person special in their new party bus, and we were very pleased with our tour! We stopped at 3 wineries, and were treated like kings at each of them. The driver seemed to know everyone at the wineries and got us extra tastes and discounts. The bus was very nice - very comfortable and much nicer than other limo buses I have been in. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has a chance to go on it. Great value! more

I will never recommend or use Sunshine Limo again. I was part of a wine tour for a bridal party and the limo they sent had broken air conditioning. On a hot day, drinking wine with no air is awful. There were 13 of us with almost half of the women being over 50. We were scheduled for 3 winery visits, the first one took longer than anticipated, not because of us but because the owners went into great detail for each wine which was really nice but took us over our alloted time. Most of us didn't drink at the second stop because it was so hot in the limo we didn't want to get sick and then the third stop was scheduled 30 mins AFTER it closed so we drove for 25 mins in a hot limo to find out it was closed. After talking to the owners and asking for a third of the $600 charge back they were rude and blamed us for missing the last stop and claimed that the AC was working before they sent it out. They only refunded $150. I do not think this was an acceptable refund and was very unhappy with the service. Will not use them ever again! more

Sunshine Limo provided service for our daughter's wedding and we were very impressed with their service! The driver was a great help. He actually pitched in and helped clean up a mess made when we had an unfortunate accident with some of our decorations in the hall we had rented. We would definitely use them again. more

This service failed to even make the reservation after we spent a hour and a half on the phone with them and paid them! My daughter's 21st birthday was completely ruined and our restaurant reservation was canceled b/c we were late due to the no-show limo service. If I could give them negative points/stars I would. more

We chose Sunshine Limo based upon price and also thier professional phone and e-mail responses when we were looking for limo service last January. Well when the big day finally came, I must say that they delivered every bit as good of service as they had promised! Our driver arrived a bit early, was dressed very well (as promised), and was willing and ready to help us in any way we needed. I was very impressed when he even pitched in in placing table arrangements when he wasn't driving someone somewhere. I was just very impressed over all with the service we received, and I would absolutely use them again if I need a limo service in the future more

This company did a great job for my child's birthday party. We chose the make a wish package, and it was really fun. The driver did a great job with the kids, and they even gave us a free upgrade into a cool Chrysler 300 limo. I would recommend them to anyone, and I'm sure we'll use them again. more

Good: Nice new car, attention to detail, our driver. Bad: One of the wineries was a little unfriendly. Improvements: nothing really. Other: Very nice experience, with everything done well by SLS. I rented Sunshine Limo for my son's 13th Birthday. The driver did not present the birthday sign that was promised, he did not open the door for the kids and he parked in the spot that I specifically asked not to park in. After the ride the limo was a bit of a mess from the boys having chips in the car (that I asked ahead of time if it would be ok to give them). I offered to clean up the mess and the driver said not to worry about it, he had 1 1/2 hours before his next client and he would take care of it. Not 15 minutes after we were dropped off did the "manager" call me on my cell phone to tell me they would be charging me an extra $20 for the mess in the car. She was incredibly rude to me on the phone in middle of my son's party. We never did get our "free magnet with our group photo either". more

We use Sunshine Limo Service several times a year, and we're very happy with the service. Even when a problem does come up, they always do what they need to do to make things right. Very satisfied. more

We rented a limo from Sunshine for our son's 12th birthday. We paid $35 extra for the scavenger hunt package for the boys. The car showed up 10 minutes early and the driver was very friendly, the kids really liked him. They arranged a trip for them to KDUK (my son's favorite) as part of the package, and the kids even got to meet some DJs. When the time was over all of the kids were just thrilled with the time they had. I highly recommend Sunshine, especially for kids, we had a bad experience with another limo company, the driver was really mean to the kids. more

We used Sunshine Limo to get to Eugene Airport. The driver was right on time. He was courteous and polite. He put our bags in the trunk. We didn't have to lift a finger. My husband and I thought the limo was so beautiful on the inside and out. We really thought we got a great limo for the price. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to use Sunshine limo. We received a nice post card and keepsake magnets of us in front of the limo. I thought that was a nice gesture. I wouldn't use anyone else in town. I definitely will use them again. more

We just had the most awesome Bachelorrette Party ever. Sunshine Limo sent a huuuugggge Navigator limo which very comfortably fit all 16 of us. Our driver was very friendly, very helpful (and very cute!). The car came with lots of sodas and ice already in it, and was even decorated for the party One especially cool thing was our driver got us to the front of the line everywhere we went, and we didn't have to pay cover either. It made us all feel like VIPs. Sunshine Limo is the best, and I'll be using them next summer for my B-party and wedding. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I traveled to Portland on business toward the end of the week. I've been to the city a few times but hadn't really explored much. My girlfriend and I decided to stay the weekend, and I booked a 6 hour wine tour through Sunshine Limo. While the reservation experience had a few hiccups, the Sunshine staff quickly noticed and fixed them. Not knowing the area extremely well, I didn't have a great idea of which wineries I wanted to visit, so the Sunshine representative asked me a few simple questions and handled all necessary reservations and made sure the hours of operation aligned with our schedule. I would advise people to call to arrange their reservation vs. going to their web page (which is a little cumbersome and doesn't offer the personal winery suggestions). The wine tour package gave us the 6th hour for free, came with a complimentary bottle of champagne (for mimosas), and offered the option of a picnic lunch (which we took full advantage of). After a few stops the wine adds up, and it's nice to break it up with some food. When our car arrived, the driver quickly came off as amiable and attentive. He had built a report with several of the wine makers and was able to arrange for a last minute, private tour and barrel tasting at one of our stops. This was both unexpected and highly memorable. When we returned to the car, he anticipated our needs and provided cool beverages for us. This was just the first stop. Lunch was picturesque, romantic, and delicious. It was served to us from a large picnic basket at a location recommended to us by the driver....it was perfect. Overall, I couldn't be happier about this experience. I have returned home and have been recommending this to friends and colleagues. After several experiences with limousine and car services (for both business and recreation), I've never before felt compelled to offer this amount of praise. For a romantic, memorable, and relaxing day trip, you should consider this. more

We rented the new Escalade limo which came 10 minutes early, and was AWESOME! Our driver was the best, very helpful and well dressed. We used Sunshine Limo for our wedding and were very happy. I called several different places and Sunshine Limo by far had the best prices. Our limo arrived exactly on time and even stayed at our reception after we had left to take some of our guests’ home. While the limo was a little older than what some of the other companies offered, for the price, it can't be beat! more
