Ver nice hotel. Clean. Couldn't ask for better service. Mattresses are new. Very comfortable. Good location with lots of resteraunt options. Quiet at night. Would highly recommend to anyone staying overnight in Knoxville, TN more

U know how it is...on the road ALL day, its 8-9pm & u r worried that u will get a dirty (etc, etc) hotel room...who to go with, many choices. We chose the Super 8 @ 11748 Snyder rd, Knoxville TN 37932 (west of) because of a coupon book @ the TN welcome ctr (they didn't honor coupon but i got some discts)...Hit the jackpot! New, clean carpet. Clean thruout. Nice bedding. COMFY bed (I want mattress just like this for home!) Thank u manager-owner (reponsible person) ...it made my traveling day end perfectly! more

I was stranded for several days while waiting for vehicle repairs, and was NOT looking forward to being alone in a strange city so far from home. However, I was pleasantly surprised to feel safe in a clean and friendly environment, with hotel staff who were personable and helpful. Extra towels, coffee, map directions, a burnt out lightbulb...whatever I needed, the staff accommodated me with smiles and options. I will be sure to let my employer know about the positive experience I had here and will highly recommend this hotel to them for their future needs.\r I think staff can make or break a place of business and I have a feeling this Super 8 makes a point of training their staff to be helpful. more

For the price you can not go wrong! Was traveling with my brother and sister, we were very pleased with our stay here!!! The rooms were super clean, the grounds were clean.\r The staff was very helpful and very nice. No complaints at all. Would stay here again when in Knoxville, TN. more

This was one of the most comfortable Super 8s I've stayed in. The rooms are very quiet with new beds that slept great. The staff, especially the morning staff, were very friendly. I will definitely return here when in Knoxville. more

Awesome room very clean and desk clerk M very very helpful, definitely give him a raise! I been at a lot of super 8 hotels but not as nice as this one. The Beds are super comfortable just like it says Super 8 is the place to stay in Knoxsville very Happy more

This is the best hotel I have stayed in the many years I have working out of town. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and very comfortable beds.the pool is a plus for the value, and the breakfast is great. I work in the construction industry so I leave for work early, so I asked the gentleman at the front desk to have breakfast ready at 5:30am and he said no problem, special thanks to Mirek for making my stay as best as it could possibly be. more

We got there later in the evening and Mirek was a great clerk. I had to wait a minute while he ran to help another geust but when he got back he made us feel like we were the most important guest. The rooms are always clean, the TV always availible, the breakfast great. \r Easy on easy off. And not far from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. \r Give this place a try/ more

We got to Knoxville early and I called the hotel to see if me and my girls could possibly come and drop off our stuff there. Better yet, they said one of the rooms was ready and after a 7 hour car ride we were able to change, shower and get ready for the tour of the University of Tennessee!!!!\r \r The place was pleasant and quiet. Rates are excellent. 2 outdoor pools. A computer in the main office. The WI FI was working great for my daughters!!! Very convenient, just off the highway. They serve a little breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy...enough to keep one going. I will defiantly go back again. Clean, quiet, nice staff.....perfect for a nice stay!!!! more

location is near Turkey Creek shopping/restaurants. Quiet, near interstate, clean room/bathroom, good breakfast (fruit, waffles, breads, cereals but no eggs or sausage), outdoor pool, good value. more

I was happy with the room 128 and the bed and tv was top notch I slept like a baby. I give it 5 stars for a super 8. I was impress. But,,, the shower would go to very hot to cold so be careful of the changes. more

We stayed one night in a suite. The room was clean and the decor was very nice. The bed was king-sized and firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was enormous. HBO access. There was a guest directory for local resources and a map of the hotel, as well as a fairly large menu for room service. We didn't make it to breakfast, but it did go on until 10AM, rather than the usual 9. All of the staff was extremely friendly. that this is an excellent hotel. more

A gentleman named Mirek was working the desk and provided a friendly greeting and efficient check-in. He also went out of his way to accommodate my unusually early departure the following morning by ensuring fresh coffee and a limited breakfast was available. I appreciated that. Room was clean, neat, and updated. No complaints there. It was an enjoyable stay with excellent customer service. more

We stay 1 night here on our way to Myrtle Beach. Nice friendly staff. Very large clean room. Room needs more plug ins for all of our phones, tablets, laptops. Breakfast consisted of waffles, danishes and bagels cereal milk and juice. Great hotel for the Price and right off 40 more
