Had 71 9x12 envelopes to mail. Was charged $4.40 each envelope. One envelope came back and postage was actually $1.61 per envelope. I called and asked if there might have been a mistake. Was told "NO" . When I further questioned the legitimacy of the pricr charged I was told "It is what it is" I will tell anyone GO TO THE USPS. They will treat you fairly and friendly there. more

a bad experience 11/30/2016

I was charged $66 to send a package via Fed Ex to Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I sent the same package back to Astoria and Fed Ex charged $38.72. I asked the guy at Sunset Presort if there had been some sort of mistake and his curt reply was "No, that is what we charge." A 71% markup is rather obscene....won't do business with them again. more

RUDE!!! 7/3/2015

I'd rather drive two hours to Portland or go to USPS if I have to than go here. The young guy working the counter is so absolutely rude...he has no people skills, lacks professionalism; he's downright mean! Seriously, they should consider putting him to work in the back...trust me, I have a big mouth, I will spread the word...I do A LOT of shipping, as do the people I know....send that guy to customer service training or send him packing...we pay too much for shipping to be treated like crap!! If I could give it less than one star I would! (June 2015) more
