This is one of two motels in North Bend, and the other one is worse. Upon entering the room, it was a flash into the past, 1950s perhaps. There were no coat hangers (had to ask for some). There was no coffee maker, no iron, ironing board. The 19? TV was at least 15 years old. Bodily fluids, dried and yellowed, dripped from the walls. There was soap (small bars), but no shampoo or conditioner. The sink faucet did not work. The handle for the hot water in the shower took all my strength (both hands) to even turn it on. The towels were thin and very used. The $66 charge for the place was an abuse, like charging a thirsting person in the desert $50 for a drink of water, because it is almost the only show in town. Most horrible motel experience in my life, except for the ?luxury? hotel in Prague before the Iron Curtain was lifted. But even it had fairly clean walls.
Pros: It had electricity. It had a bed.
Cons: See written review. Room was filthy. Bathroom was a disaster.
